AB0669 PREGNANCY OUTCOMES IN SYSTEMIC SCLEROSIS, SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERITHEMATOSUS AND BEHCET’S DISEASE

Objectives To clarify pregnancy outcomes in patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc), lupus erythematosus (SLE) and Behcet’s disease (BD) using retrospective analysis. Methods The study group included 48 women SSc, 47 SLE 45 BD aged 20-40 years, the control - 15 age-matching healthy women. SSc pts’ mean age was 32,9 [28;37] 32,3 [29;36] pts‘ 31,3 [27;35] duration 6,3 [3;10], 9,8 [3;16] 6,0 [3;8] years respectively. Completed by all issue-specific questionnaire covered clinical symptoms of SLE, details obstetric history (characteristics menstrual reproductive function, presence genital extragenital pathology, previous pregnancies outcomes; intrauterine interventions, a coagulopathy). Results Retrospective analysis thematic maps revealed: 28 had 77 pregnancies, 44 which ended birth children (13 caesarean section 9 patients); 3 4 premature births at 28-35 weeks, one perinatal death baby; 33 incomplete 19 patients: medical abortions up to 12 weeks gestation woman’s request; 5 complications patients, spontaneous abortion 3, undeveloped 2. frequency unfavorable outcome similar group. Analysis SLE: 27 68 31 on time (12 27-33 two 18 request, for reasons (high activity SLE); 8 pts, observed 7 118 35 pts resulted 75 live (6 cesarean pts). Thirty-nine were 26 patients. Ten 20 request before gestation, patient an due (rubella th week gestation), 32 subsequent baby. Fifteen out adverse outcomes: abortion, missed miscarriage.
